1. Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Items must include all original components, such as screws, keys, and mounting hardware.

2. Eligibility for Refund

• Products damaged during shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.
• Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is inspected.

3. Return Process

• Ship the product back to our address:
  MHN EXPORT, Baraf Khana, Eid Gha Road.
• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Timeline

• Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
